Attachments:294 Eel River Rd - Site Plan (REV 4) - 2 Mar 2026.pdf Follow Up Flag:Follow up Flag Status:Flagged Hi Ed, UPDATE: I spoke with the owner/applicant (Tony Elio), and he explained that he will primarily use the outdoor shower area to rinse off his dog, and to rinse off after visiting the beach. He will have an indoor shower obviously, and has no intention of using it as a regular shower. So, a Rinse Station is an accurate description (this is exactly what he does at his house next door at #296 Eel River Rd.) As a result, I have revised the plan to show the corrected label and re-signed/stamped the plan – copy attached. This plan is sized at 11 X 17 so I’m hopeful that you can make the copies & distribution for me to the Commissioners. If you want me to get the hard copies to you please let me know and I will have someone do that, and drop them off before the end of the day tomorrow before the hearing. OK – Many Thanks Ed. Regarding the “Rinse Station” - This is actually preferred by the owner to be an out shower – only accessed from inside the building. 2 Does that work OK? Hi Ed, All looks good. You may hear a commissioner or 2 say something about you filling in the 50’-100’ buffer but you are within your right to ask for what you are proposing as you are keeping an undisturbed 50’. Also, I just noticed, on the plan you make reference to an outdoor shower – they are going to ask you to submit a revised plan changing that to “rinse station”. Thanks, See you Tuesday!
