Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some
members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of
the Acts of 2025.

participation in meetings across Cape Cod.
5. Public Hearing, Yarmouth Local Comprehensive Plan: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a
hybrid public hearing to consider whether it will certify the Town of Yarmouth’s Local

Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 9 of the Cape Cod Commission Act and the Cape
Cod Commission’s Local Comprehensive Plan regulations.
6. Public Hearing, 26 Shank Painter Rd, Provincetown, MA Development of Regional Impact:
The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a hybrid public hearing on the following Project. The Project
has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact
(DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the
Commission will hear testimony, discuss the project and may vote whether to approve the
Project.

Project Applicant: Ecotekture Salient Partners, LLC
Property Owner: Town of Provincetown
Project Location: 26 Shank Painter Road and 15 Browne Street, Provincetown, MA 02657
Map/Parcel: Map 7-2, Parcels 68 & 70
Project Description: The project proposes to redevelop the former police station property into a
40-unit home-ownership residential development, including below market value units. The project
proposes to construct a new 4-story building of approximately 30,000 square feet and associated
site improvements.
