Hi Kimberly,
Sorry for the last minute email but we just received the Abutter Notification Letter regarding the 536
Shootflying Hill Road improvements up against Wequaquet Lake.
We generally dont take exception to the paver patio however we do have two (2) concerns with the
planting.
First the home owner installed six or so large green giant arborvitaes to screen the patio from the
road. We total get the intent but green giant arborvitaes grow 3 to 5 feet per year and can max out at
60'. This will dramatically impact the view of lake from our property.
Second, we along with a few other homes have Deeded rights to a ten foot wide path from the road to the
lake. This is for access to the lake, however the home owner has installed a planting bed across the
entire edge of the lake.
