AGENDA
1. Call to Order/Attendance
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: December 10, 2025
3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff work including the staff’s
participation in meetings across Cape Cod.
4. Executive Session to discuss litigation in the matter of Michelle Vasil, Colleen L. O’Brien, and
Lucy Steere v. Cape Cod Commission and Wychmere Harbor Real Estate LLC – Barnstable
Superior Court Civil Action No. 2672CV00069 –Executive Committee will enter into executive
session for purpose three of the open meeting law, which is to discuss strategy with respect to
litigation in the matter of Michelle Vasil et al v. Cape Cod Commission et al in executive session
because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public
body and the chair will so declare without a return to public session.
