Attached for submission to the Board in advance of the continued hearing scheduled for April 8, 2026,
are the following materials:
1. Revised Project Narrative (elimination of multifamily building);
2. Revised Waiver Request List with additional descriptions as requested and reduction with
elimination of multifamily building;
3. Suggested Conditions for Consideration; and
4. Revised Subdivision layout and site plans, including landscaping plans.
There are no current changes to the previously-submitted elevations and floor plans for the single-
family house styles and layouts.
