ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO FINISH FACE, UNO.3. ALL WALLS TO HAVE LEVEL 4 FINISH.4. INSTALL 1/2" CEMENT BOARD SUBSTRATE AT ALL TILE OR STONE LOCATIONS.5. THINSET TILE SPEC:a. Prep existing concrete substrate (remove, dust, dirt, concrete splatter, etc).b. Apply a bond breaker to the slab - (Laticrete Hydro Ban)c. Apply expansion material around the perimeter to separate mud bed from adjacent surfaces (walls).d. Install Thinset Bed (sand & cement mix)e. Let bed set for 48 hrs. Check for cracks or voids. If there are voids remove sections and replace (you can check for voids by walkingon mud bed or use a hammer to tap mud bed). If there are cracks, treat cracks with crack suppression membrane.f. Note - No lifts or foot traffic should be allowed to traverse mud bed prior to setting flooring material.g. Coat the back of each piece of tile to be installed with multipurpose thin set.h. Place each piece into the dry mud bed (with the thin set on back)i. Use rubber mallet to tamp into place. 7. SCHEDULED BASE TO BE PAINTED A-PT2, UNO.8. USE UN-SANDED GROUT AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:-GROUT JOINTS OF 18" OR LESS.-ALL POLISHED NATURAL STONE LOCATIONS-ALL POLISHED PORCELAIN AND GLASS TILE LOCATIONS-ANY FLOOR TILE THAT MEETS THE ABOVE CRITERIA MUST BE EPOXY UN-SANDED-ANY WALL TILE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA MAY BE CONVENTIONAL SANDED.9.
