On behalf of the Planning Board and in accordance with the Board’s Rules and Regulations, I am forwarding a
preliminary subdivision plan application for your review.
This preliminary subdivision application request was submitted by Dan Ojala, Down Cape Engineering, Inc., on
behalf of Cape Cod Hospital, as shown on a plan entitled “Preliminary Plan of Land in Hyannis, MA No. 25 Main
Street Area, Prepared for Cape Cod Hospital, 27 Park Street, Hyannis, MA 02601” dated March 20, 2026.
The preliminary plan proposes a two lot subdivision – Map 342 Parcels 031, 034, 036, 040
