Good morning DMF,
Please find attached an NOI, including the project plan for the above referenced property.
This project was heard last night by the Barnstable Conservation Commission. DMF was not originally notified
because the proposed project was above Meah High Water. At the hearing, the Commission wanted us (the
consultant) to send DMF the NOI in case DMF wanted to comment on the project, because in order to install the
wall, work access may be below Mean High.
The hearing has been continued to May 12th in order to allow DMF to comment on the project.
