For that reason, we are including here copies of an early deed for the property which specifies restrictions for buildings and any walls or fences over four feet high within 100 feet of the eastern border (see page 1, paragraph four). The deed for the next owner, Robert M. Gill (Book 6064, Page 133), reaffirms these restrictions. We wanted the parties attending the hearing on Tuesday evening to be aware of these restrictions.
