Dear Kimberly:
We have reviewed the plans you provided for this project, but, unfortunately, they don't include any
drawings for the proposed work, so we can't tell where on the lot the proposed work will be done. For
that reason, we are including here copies of an early deed for the property which specifies restrictions
for buildings and any walls or fences over four feet high within 100 feet of the eastern border (see
page 1, paragraph four). The deed for the next owner, Robert M. Gill (Book 6064, Page 133),
reaffirms these restrictions.
We wanted the parties attending the hearing on Tuesday evening to be aware of these restrictions.
We plan to join the meeting via Zoom. Thanks for providing the link previously.
