Good afternoon, Erica –
I concur with the facts as you have stated them here. Under ordinary circumstances each of the
three buildings that are 75 years of age or older could be referred to a public hearing before BHC,
but it is my understanding that under M.G.L. 40B such formal review does not occur. With that in
mind, I have no further comment.
