Hybrid Public Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, June
11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in person (at the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Room, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable,
MA 02630) and virtually (online and by telephone) to consider the following Development of Regional
Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission Act and
Section 7 of the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as
amended. At this hearing, the Commission will assemble the record, review the proposed development,
discuss the following project and may decide and vote on whether the project qualifies for a DRI
Exemption.

Project Description: The Project proposes improvements to Falmouth Marine, a privately-operated
marina. The proposed work includes reconstruction of the existing bulkhead and
floating piers, ferry ticket office, boat lift slab and wash pad and boardwalk, utility
and stormwater improvements, and dredging work to accommodate larger boats.
Note: The hearing will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some
members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of
the Acts of 2025.

All interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the hearing. Written comments may also
be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or
online using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/comment. The DRI application including a
map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review
at www.capecodcommission.org/projects and is also available for public inspection by appointment at the
Commission’s office during normal business hours.
