Proposed Project: Reconstruct and extend exisƟng permanent pier, replace ramp and float, relocate kayak racks, provide electrical service and water. This NOI was denied by WWC and HM Dept. Proposed dock extends to far out into the mooring field, potenƟal hazard to navigaƟon, imposes on setback of field that allows all waterfront homeowners to navigate along the shoreline. Moorings in proximity, measurements provided to pre-exisƟng moorings are inaccurate due to no vessel being on the mooring when taken. Chain length, vessel size and swing room were not factored into the measurements. 2.
