I, Matt Barry, on behalf of PIXY 103 / Coxswain Media LLC, respectfully submit this cover letter
in support of a Beer & Wine permit application for the following event:
Event Name: Free Beer & Hot Wings Live at Night
Venue: Tilden Arts Center, Cape Cod Community College, 2240 Iyannough Road, West
Barnstable, MA
Event Date: Friday, June 26, 2026
Meet & Greet Reception: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (limited ticket holders only)
General Doors: 5:30 PM
Show Start: 7:00 PM
Estimated End Time: 9:00 PM
EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is an age restricted (21+), ticketed, indoor live entertainment event produced by PIXY 103 /
Coxswain Media LLC, featuring a live broadcast performance by the nationally syndicated Free
Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show. The event will be held entirely within the Tilden Arts Center at
Cape Cod Community College and is intended for adult audiences.
The event is structured in two phases. The first is a pre-show Meet & Greet Reception
beginning at 5:00 PM in the Great Hall, open exclusively to a limited number of add-on
ticketholders totalling 125. This reception includes a cash bar. The second phase is the general
admission live show, with doors opening at 5:30 PM and the performance beginning at 7:00 PM.
TICKETING & ATTENDANCE
The event is ticketed through pixy103.com. Ticket tiers are as follows:
- VIP (Very Idiotic People) — Front Two Rows: $65
- Lower (IQ) Level / Orchestra: $50
- Back of the Class / Mezzanine: $40
- Idiot Box / Balcony: $30
- Meet & Greet Reception Add-On: $40
Estimated total attendance: 400-649 total
ALCOHOL SERVICE
Alcohol service will be limited to beer and wine only, consistent with the permit being sought.
Service will be provided during the Meet & Greet Reception (5:00–6:30 PM) and during the
general event through Brews & Cips / Samantha Cipollo (Lic: ON-0036397395). All alcohol
service will be conducted in compliance with Massachusetts General Laws and the terms of the
permit.
SECURITY & AGE VERIFICATION
A minimum of 10 security personnel from the Tilden Arts Center and Coxswain Media, LLC will
be on duty from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Staff will manage ID verification at the entrance, apply
non-transferable red wristbands to guests aged 21+, and monitor alcohol consumption and
venue perimeters. Access is strictly limited to guests 21 and over.
ALCOHOL SERVICE & CONTAINMENT
Beer and wine service will be provided by Brews & Cips (Samantha Cipollo) from 5:00 PM until
8:30 PM. All servers are TIPS-certified and will adhere to a two-drink-per-guest, per-transaction
limit. Consumption is restricted to designated indoor areas, with security and signage ensuring
no alcohol leaves the premises.
