We are converting an office that sits adjacent to our outdoor beer garden into
a quick service bar to serve patrons sitting outside. The bar will serve canned
beer, ready-to-drink cocktails, frozen cocktails, and simple mixed drinks.
There will be no seats at the bar itself as it is intended to serve as quick
service to guests enjoying our outdoor space.

Smith Family Beer Garden LLC DBA Neptune’s is proposing to convert a space that was used
as an office into a quick service bar to serve guests that are enjoying our outdoor space. The
bar will serve canned beer, ready-to-drink cocktails, frozen drinks, and simple mixed drinks. The
bar will not have any seats at it as it is intended to be a quick serve, concession style bar.
We are doing more ticketed shows on the indoor stage at Neptune’s. The purpose of this new
bar allows us to serve patrons in our outdoor space who do not necessarily have a ticket to the
indoor show and cannot access our main bar inside.
