Good afternoon Anna,
Being an owner of six units at Enterprise Corners, the parking has always been a
problem. We already have a church there that is requesting more seats for more
members and visitors. Parking is extremely tight on that property. Even though they
claim there’s only four stores open on Sunday, churches today aren’t used just for
Sundays anymore. They are seven-day businesses, morning, afternoon, and night.
I’m a landlord to four churches and I understand the problems. I think there will be a
real problem for a church with that much traffic. I recommend you drive by the site 2
or 3x at different times so you can understand the lack of parking on that site. I wish
them the best, but not on that property. There’s an issue to have another church on
the same property, with the same hours as other merchants.
