Good afternoon. Our neighbor notffied us about the COA at 101 Maushop Ave. We live a few houses
away and drive by 101 Maushop Ave several tfmes daily.
We have been informed they are proposing to build a new driveway leading up to the proposed new 3
car garage and second floor accessory dwelling unit. We understand the driveway proposed would be
located at the top of the hill near the stone wall. If approved, we think this driveway locatfon would be
dangerous for the new owners and anyone entering or exitfng Offshoot Road. In the past, our family has
had to break our vehicles quickly just to prevent an accident at the current 101 driveway. The previous
owner's young kids used to run down the driveway into the street while playing. I think a wiser, more
economical solutfon would be to use of the existfng driveway. We have no problem with the new
structure just the access.
