I hope you will reconsider the proposed relocation of the Winter St location of the St
Joseph’s Shelter to the 460 West Main st location! I am concerned about safety issues
being near the nearby school and safety issues with the homeless crossing the
street! People travel at high speeds along that street and there may be some unfortunate
accidents waiting to happen.Also there is a brewery just adjacent to this proposed shelter.
That is not a good message to give homeless and perhaps addicted individuals who are
trying to turn their life around! This is not the proper location in my opinion! Thanks for
listening!
