I wanted to reach out to you in regards to the Committee’s review of the purposed project at 101
Maushop Ave. on Wednesday night June 10th. I have a couple of concerns that I hope you take into
consideration when potentially approving the application. As I am sure you know we are a
neighborhood of primarily single family homes. First off the size of the building appears to be a large
and the concern is that it is not consistent with the neighborhood’s over all character and charm.
Secondly, the application states it is for a residential garage with apartment above it (ADU). Once the
dwelling is built, could it be possibly be used for commercial purposes? My hope is that a compromise
can be reached. I understand these decisions are not easy as they impact people's livelihood's. We
strive for contentment and harmony as we all have a vested interest. Thank you for your attention to
this matter.
