We have checked off the Land Containing Shellfish box and identified 2. The impact area is the footprint of the sum of the posts that will be installed which is approximately 2.81 sf. I apologize for missing this check off box. Amy please let us know if you need us to submit two hard copies of this revised page. Also, I see the next shellfish committee is on 5/13/26. Resource Area Land Containing Shellfish was not check off and no square foot of proposed project impact is listed in the NOI 2. Under submittal requirements a box was checked that stated two hard copies were delivered to MEA for the Shellfish Biologist and yet there was only one hard copy received. We would like the additional hard copy as required.
