Dear Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
I have attached documentation obtained through public records that contains
correspondence between Elizabeth Jenkins, Director of Planning and Development, and
Attorney Robert Brennan.
The records request was public on the Town of Barnstable's FOIA webpage before being
marked private, and I subsequently obtained the documents. Starting at page 48, the
content references 307 Main Street, Hyannis, Winn, and parking relief. I am not an attorney
and have no background in zoning, typical protocols between builders and planning so I
leave this up to you.
I am providing this information without comment on its implications, and the Town Clerk's
office and IT department can confirm the authenticity of the messages between Attorney
Brennan and Elizabeth Jenkins.
