Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some
members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of
the Acts of 2025.
The meeting can be attended by using any of the following methods:

Pat Flynn Conference Room;

3. Public Hearing, Orleans Local Comprehensive Plan: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid
public hearing to consider and potentially vote whether to approve the Commission certification
of the Town of Orleans Local Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted at Annual Town
Meeting on May 11, 2026 and will be reviewed by the Commission pursuant to Section 9 of the Cape
Cod Commission Act and Section IV of the Commission’s Local Comprehensive Plan regulations.
4. Public Hearing, Harwich Local Comprehensive Plan: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid
public hearing to consider and potentially vote whether to approve the Commission certification of
the Town of Harwich’s Local Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted at Annual Town
