It was a technical report dated March 1998. Attached is that report, which should be distributed to each of the commissioners, etc. and placed in the public record. I am also forwarding two additional relevant documents that provide means to objectively evaluated the quality of habitat for hardshell clams (Mercenaria mercenaria). These reports are: Mulholland, R. 1984. Habitat suitability index models: hard clam. U.S. Fish Wild!. Serv. FWS/OBS-82/10.77. 21 pp. Thompson, M., E. Milbrandt, and L. Reidenbach. 2021.
