Dear Conservation Commission:
I am the immediate abutter to the south of 76 Nyes Neck Road East near to where the Moores recently
upgraded their septic system.
The edge of the Moore's property along Nyes Neck Road East has been re-established with plantings and
three good sized trees. If you visit the property you will see that the site is quite constrained and the
proposed addition requested is minimal. The addition is as far away from Bearse Pond as possible and
will have little impact on the neighborhood, the road, or the Pond.
As a long term resident of Nyes Neck, I support the Moore's proposal.
