Dear Conservation Commission,
We are writing is support of the Moore’s plan for a modest addition to 76 Nyes Neck East. We are the owners of the land opposite 76 Nyes Neck Rd East and are neighbors at 56 Nyes Neck
Road East where we have lived year-round for over 40 years.
The proposed addition is very small and we believe it to be well considered and of a scale in keeping with the neighborhood. It will have little or no impact on undisturbed land, but
it will make this cottage more functional for them.
We are currently witnessing large multi-level homes being built on Bearse Pond and we would much prefer a small single level addition to the existing cottage which will allow the Moore’s
continued use. We have known the Moores for many years and know that they are very thoughtful and conscientious people.
