I will need to add a few items to watermain plans-minor details with operational issues.
No moratorium. We are looking for demand projections. Avg 3-bdr uses 100,000 gals/year with no
irrigation. That said- you may have a moratorium on automatic irrigation systems?

Hi Craig,
I’ve attached the latest updated Site Plan Layout and Utility plan for the Homes at
Centerville Cove. We had a good meeting with COMM Fire and they are happy with the
plan and hydrant locations. Could you please respond with any comments you have and
also confirm there is no moratorium in Centerville to connecting to the public water
system.
I’m heading out of town but will be back on 5/13 if you have any further questions. We go
back in front of ZBA on 5/27.
