Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 4/2/2026 Executive Committee and 4/2/2026 Executive Committee Executive Session Minutes 3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff work and the staff’s participation in meetings across Cape Cod, including on the replacement of the Cape Cod Bridges and open space planning. 4. Update on Potential Purchase of Commission Office Building: Staff will brief members on the status of a building purchase for the Cape Cod Commission at 1330 Phinney’s Lane, Hyannis, MA. 5. Executive Director’s annual performance process and contract status: Staff will brief members on the process and timeline for conducting the annual performance evaluation of the Executive Director of the Cape Cod Commission and the status of the Director’s employment contract. 6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting. 7. Adjourn
