3. Sencorp Systems – Minor Modification Type #2: Pursuant to Section 11 of Chapter A of the Code
of Cape Cod Commission Regulations, the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments
of Regional Impact, the Committee will consider whether to approve a request for a Minor
Modification Type # 2 to the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) decision for the following
Project:

Project Address: 400 Kidd’s Hill Road, Barnstable, MA
Applicant: F.W. Webb Company, Inc.
Owner: One Center Place LP
Assessor’s ID: Map 296, Parcel 25
The Applicant proposes to convert the existing approximately 155,000 sf commercial building to a
warehousing/retail use for F.W. Webb Company, a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, &
HVAC products.
