HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Comment from Lewis in support7/7/2026 Hi Anna, Thank you and the ZBA for the time and care you have dedicated to reviewing the Great Marsh 40B project and for listening to the concerns of the abutters. I appreciate the Applicant’s consideration and willingness to compromise on several project components. I am writing to support the newest version of the Great Marsh 40B, the "51 version," submitted on July 1, 2026. This version includes engineering plans for an access drive located closer to Phinney's Lane, away from Juniper Rd. I encourage the ZBA to accept the revised plans for the 40B that includes the access drive located at/near 51 Great Marsh Rd. And request that the following conditions be included in the permit: • Install a "No Through Traffic" sign at the entrance of Juniper Road • Require that preference be given to local residents to purchase the units in the proposed 40B • Require that the Applicant coordinate with the Town to provide pedestrian connectivity between the sidewalk on Route 28 and the project • No construction activities for the Project shall commence on the Site until the Applicant has provided to the Building Commissioner and Stormwater Manager a final Stormwater Pollution and Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and an erosion and sediment control plan to address specific sedimentation, erosion and dust control, which illustrates, at a minimum, locations of measures such as hay socks, silt fence, sedimentation basins, and all other erosion controls on the plans, and provides detailed construction sequencing and methods to protect the infiltration capacity of each infiltration system. Please see my comment letter submitted on February 11, 2026 which includes additional conditions to be included with the permit. Thank you for the opportunity to provide these comments. Best regards, Tara Lewis
