Below is an additional comment regarding the most recent information by 101 Maushop.

I believe the measurement of "Rise Above the Road" is at the western end of the road and does not
characterize the whole length of the Rise Above the Road for the building. The slope of the road is a
steep decline from the west to the east and the building doesn't slope accordingly. The Rise Above
the Road would be substantially greater at the eastern end of the building.
