Cape Cod Jerk Fest is a one-day outdoor cultural festival celebrating Caribbean food, music, art, and
community. The event features food vendors, artisan and retail vendors, small businesses, non
profits, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, cultural performances and local businesses. The
festival is designed to promote cultural exchange, support small businesses, and provide an inclusive
community gathering for residents and visitors.

Applications for alcohol on any other town-owned property will not be considered.
Premise Description:*
Alcohol service will be at the roped-off tented area that is separated from the rest of the festival
grounds. The area will have one controlled entrance and one controlled exit to allow for monitoring of
guests entering and leaving the alcohol service area.
The bar will be operated exclusively by Island Cafe. Alcoholic beverages will be served only by their
TIPS certified personel. Island Cafe will be responsible for all alcohol service within the designated
area and will ensure compliance with all applicable licensing requirements, including checking valid
government-issued photo identification to verify that all patrons purchasing or consuming alcohol
are 21 years of age or older.
Professional event security will be present throughout the festival and stationed around the alcohol
service area to help maintain a safe environment , monitor access to the tent , assist with crowd
management , and support compliance with all applicable alcohol service regulations. Event staff and
security will work together to ensure that alcoholic beverages remain within the designated service
area and that the event operates in a safe and orderly manner.

Detailed Description of Proposed Live Performing Art:*
Live entertainment will take place throughout the day on the main stage and is designed to
celebrate Caribbean culture while providing family-friendly entertainment for attendees of all ages.
Entertainment will include a live DJ playing a mix of reggae, dancehall, soca, afrobeats, and other
popular Caribbean and international music throughout the festival. The schedule will also feature a
dance competition, a singing competition, performances by solo vocalists, live bands, and cultural
performers showcasing a variety of musical styles and artistic talents.
All performances will be professionally coordinated according to a scheduled program.
