Good morning Jeff,
I have reviewed our records. They are currently permitted for 35 seats (permit FOOD-139.) They are on a septic
system, the limiting factor here is the septic system as they are in a zone of contribution. They are allowed a
maximum of 42 seats at this location due to the lot size and the limiting factor of being on a septic system
(note: the septic system has a little extra capacity and the grease trap allows up to 66 seats, but those are not the
limiting factors here.) The septic permit 2007-399 has not been completed due to the fact that the designer
passed away (Craig Short, PE) so the install was never certified by him, however the Town did inspect and pass the
installation.
