Avenue, Hyannisport, Proposed Racquets Facility Redesign, BSC Job #49482.08
Dear Mr. Hoopes and Members of the Barnstable Conservation Commission,
BSC Group, Inc. (BSC) is filing this Revised Plan Request following the submission of a Request for a Certificate of
Compliance (RCOC) on behalf of the Hyannisport Club (the applicant) for the project at 2 Irving Avenue, Hyannisport,
Massachusetts (the Site). The Order of Conditions (OOC SE3-6116) was issued on August 2nd, 2023 and referenced
a plan titled “Site Plans, C-100 – C104 and plans C200 and C201” dated 6/19/2023. The approved project was a
redesign of the racquets facility at the Hyannisport Club.
All conditions listed in the OOC have been followed during the construction phase of the project and the project has
been completed in significant compliance with the OOC except that there were a few additional impacts that were not
permitted. These impacts come from additional hardscape from the snack shack, concrete seating area, and
gravel/concrete around the shed. Additionally some vegetation clearing was complete for the new parking lot that was
not approved. The proposed revised mitigation plan includes 7,412 sf of mitigation south of the new tennis courts.
Table 1 below details the proposed plants.

Attached with this request is the originally approved plan referenced in the OOC, the as-built plan that was originally
submitted with the RCOC, and the revised plan with additional mitigation plantings to the south of the new tennis courts.
