A. Public Hearings
1. TRANSFER ANNUAL §15 ALL-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE
In accordance with MGL c.138, an application was filed by Guruprime Hyannis, LLC dba
Osterville Package Store, 11 Wianno Avenue, Osterville, to transfer the § 15 all-alcoholic
beverages license from Osterville Package Store, Inc. The premises are described as
1,020 sq. ft. wood frame structure with 3 rooms on the street level including
sales/retail/product display space, walk-in cooler and bathroom; storage in the cellar.
The proposed manager of record is Charles Glass and hours of operation are Sunday
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. AMEND ANNUAL §12 CLUB ALL-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE
In accordance with MGL c.138, an application was filed by Wianno Club dba Wianno
Club, 107 Sea View Avenue, Osterville, to amend the annual §12 all-alcoholic beverages
club license to change the officers and alter the premises description to read: Wooden
structure with 11 rooms on first floor, including ballroom and lobby areas; 22 guest
rooms on second floor; and 16 guest rooms on third floor; ocean front deck; terrace to
include adjacent lawns around the main building; and basement for storage.
Entrance/exit on Sea View Avenue.
3. AMEND ANNUAL §12 CLUB ALL-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE
In accordance with MGL c.138, an application was filed by Wianno Club dba Wianno
Club, 379 Parker Road, Osterville, to amend the annual §12 all-alcoholic beverages club
license to change the officers and alter the premises description to read: Wooden golf
house building on westerly side of Parker Road, with front entrance /exit on Parker Rd.
Two function rooms, kitchen, bar, pro shop and terrace on ground floor, locker rooms in
basement, 18-hole golf course consisting of 148.4 acres.
4. AMEND ANNUAL § 15 ALL-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE
In accordance with MGL c.138, an application was filed by Ocean Shores Corporation
dba Cotuit Liquors, 3840 Falmouth Road/Rte. 28, Marstons Mills, for a pledge of
collateral from Ocean Shores Corporation to Rockland Trust Company of 288 Union
Street, Rockland, Massachusetts.
5. NEW ANNUAL COMMON VICTUALLER
In accordance with MGL c.140 § 6, an application was filed by Two Broke Chicks Café and
Market LLC dba Two Broke Chicks Café and Market, 12 Thornton Drive, Hyannis, for a
new annual common victualler license. This annual café will provide inside seating for 46
and outside seating for 4. Proposed manager is Melissa Harrington. Hours of operation
are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
6. NEW TEMPORARY JUNK DEALER LICENSE
In accordance with MGL c.140 § 54, an application was filed by US Roadshow Inc. for a
temporary Junk Dealer License to be exercised at DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Cod
Hyannis, located at 287 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, MA 02601. From September 1, 2026,
through September 5, 2026.
7. NEW CLASS II AUTO DEALER LICENSE
In accordance with MGL c.140 § 58 & 59, an application was filed by Anabe Auto Motors
Inc. dba Exit Auto for a new Class II Auto Dealer License. Anabe Auto Motors Inc. has
purchased the business from Mega Motors Inc and proposes continuing the class II
operations. If approved the applicant would be subject to a maximum of 44 vehicles on
site which includes 38 display vehicles, 2 customers, 2 employees, and 2 ADA accessible
spaces. Repair will be conducted by Exit Auto’s repair facility at 587 Iyannough Road,
Hyannis.
B. Temporary Closure
1. The Car Store Cape Cod, 740 Bearse’s Way, Hyannis, MA, Class II Auto Dealer License.
Closure dates 8/22/2026 to 8/29/2026.
