RE: Repair Facility Verification in Support of Class II Motor Vehicle Dealer License
Application
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is submitted on behalf of Exit Auto in connection with its application for a Class II Motor
Vehicle Dealer License.
Exit Auto maintains an automotive repair facility located at 587 Iyannough Road, Hyannis,
Massachusetts 02601.
The repair facility is equipped and available to perform mechanical diagnosis, maintenance, and
repairs for motor vehicles, including all warranty repairs required pursuant to the Massachusetts Used
Vehicle Warranty Law, M.G.L. Chapter 90, Section 7N4, and any other repairs necessary to fulfill
the dealership's obligations to its customers under applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations.
Accordingly, all warranty repairs and related mechanical services for vehicles sold by Exit Auto will
be performed at the above-referenced repair facility.
This letter is executed for the purpose of satisfying the repair facility documentation requirement in
connection with Exit Auto's application for licensure before the Town of Barnstable Licensing
Authority.
