Please accept this submission of the revised Notice of Intent packet for the proposed Aquatic Management
Program at Cove Lane Pond, located off of Cove Lane in the village of Cummaquid, Town of Barnstable. We were
advised to edit this proposal in adherence to the recommendations and requests made by the Barnstable
Conservation Commission during the August 11th meeting, and hope to reappear at the September 8th meeting
having been issued a continuance by the Commission. Please find the revised Notice of Intent packet as well as an
outline of the edits made attached.
