Withdrawal of Application
Dear Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals:
On behalf of the Cape Cod Commission, I write to formally withdraw
the pending variance modification application for the property at 1330
Phinney’s Lane and respectfully request that the application be removed
from the agenda for tomorrow evening’s hearing, August 26, 2026.
