Dear Ms.Brigham,
My name is Linda Whittlesey, I live at 1560 Main St, West Barnstable MA 02668. My home is across Rte.
6A from the Tonelli property. This project deserves full approval by your committee since it is a perfect
opportunity to support a multigenerational family with their housing needs and save an historic building
at the same time!
As we all know, it has become extremely difficult for young families to find and afford homes in
Barnstable. I know this from my own family experience.
This barn is a charming, intact structure that adds to our neighborhood and this applicant is willing to
restore it for all our benefits. I strongly urge the board to please approve this application. We need many
more year round ADUs in Barnstable.
