On behalf of the Planning Board acting under the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chapter
41, Sections 81A, through 81GG, Subdivision Control and all amendments thereto and Chapter 801, Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Barnstable you are hereby notified of a Public Hearing on Monday, September 28,
2026, at 7:00 p.m.

The public may attend remotely and provide comment. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application
for a Definitive Subdivision at 337, 345 & 347 Main Street, Hyannis MA, Subdivision No. 832. The plan for this
subdivision is entitled “Ocean Grove Definitive Subdivision Plan”, prepared for Marcello Mallegni, prepared by BSC
Group, dated August 28, 2026. The subject properties are shown on Assessors Map 327 Parcels 111 & 112.
The application is submitted by Marcello Mallegni. The request is to subdivide the property at 337, 345 & 347 Main
Street, Hyannis MA 02601 into four lots and a private road. To create the Definitive Subdivision of Land, the
applicant has requested certain waivers to Chapter 801, Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Barnstable as
defined in the application provided.
The meeting will be televised live via Xfinity Channel 8 or high definition Channel 1072. It may also be accessed via

Documentary exhibits and/or visual presentations should be submitted in advance of the meeting to
