RE: 337, 345 & 347 Main Street Definitive Subdivision
Dear Members,
On behalf of Bornham Associates, LLC, BSC Group is requesting relief for the following sections of the Town of
Barnstable Subdivision Regulations.
Relief Requested:
• Section 801.24.B(2)(c) To not include the lot coordinates of all property corners, lot corners, and street line
changes in direction.
• Section 801.24.C(2) To allow a scale of 1” = 10’ be used in lieu of 1” = 40’ in order for the plans and profile to be
legible.
