The separation into two structures doesn't substantially reduce the overall size of the
addition and its appearance to the street Maushop Ave. It's hard to judge whether the
additional setback from Maushop impacts the view. Part of the structure will still be built
in the proposal at about the highest point on the property, adding about 15' of height not
far from the street.
