situated as close as possible to the roadway while still meeting setback requirements and being sited on
a more level grade.
According to the table of measurements presented as part of the proposal, the view is one a height of
almost 20' diminishing to 17' to 18' from the roadway as Maushop is ascended. This mass is a mere 10
yards from the road.
We are not in favor of the proposal.
