The site consists of a single family dwelling, pool, barn and garage.
The wetland resource at the site are Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. A small
portion of the property is also located in the 100’ buffer to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland,
which is surrounding a drainage pond for the Wianno Club (golf course), located to the
North East.
