Thanks for the update, however, the Commission asks that plan revisions be received a
week before the hearing so the commissioners have time to review the plan. I would
ask that you submit an email to Kim and me asking for a continuance and also submit a
Form WC.
Also, a few other things that need correction:
Under Mitigation Calculations, please change Zone A to 50’ buffer and change
Zone B to 50’-100’ buffer.
Under Required Mitigation the mitigation factor is incorrect for the 50’-100’
buffer (zone B). Mitigation in this zone is 3x not 2x, so the mitigation required
for the 50’100’ buffer work is 210 sf x 3 = 630 sf and Total Mitigation Required
would then be 1530 sf (900 sf for 50’ buffer + 630 sf for 50’-100’ buffer).
You might as well get those corrections made before you get the [plan stamped!
