We are abutters to the above property and wish to register our support of the owners' intention to
demolish the existing structure. It is of no historic significance. Additionally the structure has
considerable rot and mold, a result of having been in a state of neglect for many years. As abutters, we
look forward to no longer viewing this eyesore!
In the interest of full disclosure, Katie Alverson is my sister, however that does not affect my view on this
matter, and my husband John, copied here, agrees.
