My wife Susan (copied) and I have been abutting neighbors of the Alversons, and the property on
Washington Avenue they recently purchased from Marcella Head, for over 30 years. We are writing in
support of their application to demolish the existing building on that property. In our opinion, the
existing building has no historic value or esthetic appeal - internally or externally.
The Alversons have a proven record of improving the value and esthetics of the two properties they have
acquired and currently own on Washington Avenue, and any plans they have for that property would be
a significant improvement to what is currently there.
