My wife, Cherry, and I have lived at 86 Longwood Ave. in Hyannis Port for thirteen years. Our property is
adjacent to the current properties that Katie and Harry Alverson have on Washington Avenue and also
adjacent to their recent purchase of 46 Washington Ave.
We understand the building on 46 Washington Ave. is in very poor condition and the Alversons wish to
demolish that building.
We are writing in support of their request to do so. We believe the Alversons will significantly improve
the appeal and value of the property with a new building and enhanced landscaping - as they have
demonstrated with their other two properties on Washington Avenue.
