The abutting Lot 67 was sold to Bruce P.Henn et ux
on June 6,1967 and recorded with Barnstable Deeds in
Book 1368 Page 1.

In 1978 the zoning in ^^arstons Mills was changed to Residence F
with a lot size requirement of 43,560 square feet.Since this lot,
containing 36,450 square feet;was separately owned prior to 1978 it
is buildable subject to Board of Health approval.
As a matter of reference this lot has an Order of Conditions
(file #SE-526)issued on October 3,1979 by the Town of Bams table
