Babcock Building (Bomstein) 276 Falmouth Rd, HY. Although the Applicant removed
several structures and proposed a new building of 22,528 sq ft, it did not triggerthe CCC
review because tlie square footages of the previoususes and the sq ft of the proposed use
was the same.So,there was no increase in square footage of uses on the site.
