Company said not to worry they would take care of it. They did dig up and pour concrete over the hole in basement. However, the smell is so bad they cannot stay in house. They have asked the company to call in ServPro and the company will not. Also it was not reported to the fire department nor DEP. Did not give time of spill. Her neighbor, Paula Lucas has teh key to the house. She lives across the street.
