The variance granted is as follows: 310 CMR 15. 405: To install the soil absorption system four (4) feet above the adjusted groundwater, in lieu of the minimum five (5)feet separation distance required. The variance is granted with the following conditions: (1) No more than two (2) bedrooms are authorized at this property.
